But, as we’re constantly saying, stretch tents for hire can enable you to stretch out the season for longer and keep on with your outdoor events far into Autumn – and in some cases into Winter and even right through to Spring.
Made of super-strong, stretchy three-ply material, stretch tents are impervious to the heaviest rain, and the water runs straight off those voluptuous curves – and it’s amazingly easy to keep them warm and cosy in the worst Winter weather, just by adding skirts, side panels, doors, and even heating! Of course, that means those Autumn and Winter weddings in the great outdoors are not only possible with a stretch tent but a very attractive and enjoyable proposition. The same goes for all sorts of parties and celebrations and even corporate events – and for a growing number of creative, innovative applications.
For example, we’re seeing an increasing number of businesses installing stretch tents on their rooftops. Some of them are pubs, clubs, and restaurants stretching out their money-making square-footage by maximising the use of outdoor space – but many are other types of business creating rooftop space for employees to socialise, smoke, vape and entertain while simultaneously using the stretch tent’s sexy curves to make an arresting corporate statement – simply by branding the stretch tent for all to see. That’s an especially good move for restaurants and cafés because the stretch tent provides continuity of trade, nipping in the bud any tendency for the Summer influx to drift away as cooler weather sets in. Even before you add sidewalls and so on, you can keep customers cosy with the addition of blankets draped over chairs to wrap round their shoulders if they feel the chill!
Of course, it’s not just businesses that are finding novel uses for stretch tents. We’ve spotted homes where style- and penny-conscious owners have installed a stylish stretch tent to serve as a car port – every bit as effective in protecting their vehicles as a traditional one but so much sexier! Others are using stretch tents to cover all or part of their garden so they can get as much enjoyment from it through Autumn and Winter as in the Spring and Summer. And if you’re lucky enough to have a swimming pool in the garden, a stretch tent cover’s a great way to keep using it in comfort well into the Autumn – and the same goes for those hot tubs. They’re a lot more appealing when you don’t need an umbrella or a towel to tiptoe your way from the back door to your tub!
We reckon there’s almost no limit to the possible uses of our stretch tents. And we’d love to rise to the challenge of adapting to novel applications. So if you’ve got an innovative or otherwise interesting way to use one, please get in touch with our Stretch Tent team!
